I wandered into a yoga class in 1998 and it was love at first sight. I've always been a very active person and initially, it was the asana that drew me in. As with many people, I soon began to realize yoga had so much more to offer; on and off the mat.
After practicing for more than 10 years, I decided I'd like to share my enthusiasm for yoga with others and soon began teaching. I completed 200-RYT certification with Pam Schulte, my teacher since 2005.
I like to encourage students to approach their practice with curiosity and to learn to advocate for themselves. I believe yoga can benefit everyone; it's all about finding a style and teacher that resonates with you and where you are in your life.
