I have been working for Weight Watchers close to 12 years. Being a member myself it allowed me to change the lifestyle I was living. After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia I turned to yoga to help both mentally and physically deal with the pain. I have been practicing for 5 years and recently became a teacher so that I could share my passion and joy of yoga. I love that yoga can be for every-BODY. I enjoy teaching to beginners as they build strength and confidence in their own practice.
