I teach gentle yoga, basic yoga that all body's can participate in regardless of there fitness level. These classes will build strength, flexibility, turn fat into muscle and leave you feeling strong. The restorative class is a great calming and meditative practice.
I have also been practicing Massage Therapy for over 14 years and that has prepared me for teaching yoga as I have a good understanding of how the body moves and the function of muscles and structure and how they work together
