My aim is to make yoga accessible to all. I offer fun and varied group classes giving people who have never practiced yoga an avenue to come and try it out.

If you are a corporate wanting to help your staff to relax destress and become more productive you have come to the right place. Equally if you would like to deepen your practice with a private one to one class I am available to teach classes in London and can offer one to one yoga classes in your own home or workplace. I am trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Sivinanda and Yin yoga. Check out my classes, workshops and events.

I have practiced Iyengar yoga personally for over 5 years to improve my own flexibility and prevent injury which I integrate into my classes. After completing my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training course in Goa, India and currently studying towards my 500 hrs Advanced Teacher Training I want to share and give back what I have learnt and practiced to help others get the most out of their bodies and maintain a healthy body and mind.

My multistyle training brings a nice blend to the different traditions of yoga. Thus delivering intelligently developed sequences suitable for all levels from total beginners up to advanced level. The classes carefully focus on addressing the needs of the individual with attention to detail on alignment and challenging the student to fully optimise the benefits of the practice. My classes also educate individual on body awareness, and an understanding of optimum alignment for each posture to find its full benefits.
