My aim is to make yoga accessible to all. I offer fun and varied group classes giving people who have never practiced yoga an avenue to come and try it out.

If you are a corporate wanting to help your staff to relax destress and become more productive you have come to the right place. Equally if you would like to deepen your practice with a private one to one class I am available to teach classes in London and can offer one to one yoga classes in your own home or workplace. I am trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Sivinanda and Yin yoga. Check out my classes, workshops and events.

I have practiced Iyengar yoga personally for over 5 years to improve my own flexibility and prevent injury which I integrate into my classes. After completing my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training course in Goa, India and currently studying towards my 500 hrs Advanced Teacher Training I want to share and give back what I have learnt and practiced to help others get the most out of their bodies and maintain a healthy body and mind.

My multistyle training brings a nice blend to the different traditions of yoga. Thus delivering intelligently developed sequences suitable for all levels from total beginners up to advanced level. The classes carefully focus on addressing the needs of the individual with attention to detail on alignment and challenging the student to fully optimise the benefits of the practice. My classes also educate individual on body awareness, and an understanding of optimum alignment for each posture to find its full benefits.

A great class to start yoga

I found Kelly through my work, she was our corporate yoga teacher. Begin really new to the practice she patiently encouraged us to bend and hold poses. Kelly's knowledge about yoga is fantastic, she also has this amazing ability to explain the poses in jargon free manner. As the classes progress she brings in the traditional aspects and explains the meaning to each pose. I confess I am an addict now and always thoroughly enjoying going to her classes.

Welcoming and down to earth :-)

Friendly and welcoming. I had a great first class with Kelly, the time went quickly in the restorative and nidra session. I plan to return for more!

Friendly, encouraging and personal class

Kelly is very welcoming and friendly. The smaller class size means that she has time to adjust the practice to best suit your needs. The space is nicely unpretentious. It felt more personal than some of the bigger yoga centres that I have been to in the SW London area.

Professional, Friendly and Dedicated

I was asked to attend a Yoga Retreat with a friend. She had received the retreat as a Birthday Gift. I had not attended yoga classes prior to this Retreat. I have old hamstring injuries that limit my flexibility now. After attending Kelly's retreat, especially after her Yin session I felt there may be a possibility of regaining better flexibility, it was a little uncomfortable, but with her advice and adjustments to work around old injuries, I felt more confident and relaxed.

Kelly has a lovely manner when teaching, she leads the class with ease, giving attention to individual needs and offers help in technique when required. I am now hoping to attend another retreat with Kelly. I only wish I could attend her weekly classes, but I am based in Glasgow. All you lucky people in and
around Clapham get down to Club Yoga with Kelly, she is a wee gem.

Fantastic!

Having taken a break from yoga, I went along to one of Kelly's classes to see if I fancied taking yoga up again. Needless to say I had a great experience and have been attending weekly classes ever since. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or more advanced - yoga poses can be easily adapted to your level, whatever that may be. The positive environment that Kelly creates teamed with her house music allows you to leave everything at the door and spend an hour focusing on your mind and body. I always feel completely refreshed and I won't be letting yoga slip through my fingers again!

Energetic, fun and inspiring teacher

Kelly has been teaching for just a year, but shows experience beyond this. No 1 class is the same and each time I learn something new. Kelly is very encouraging for beginners and challenges students who are more experienced. A refreshing take on yoga, using music that uplifts and energises, whilst sticking to the core principles of alignment and breathing. I'm glad I found her!

Great class every time

Kelly's classes are always fun and inspiring. I had a knee injury which Kelly took into account and adapted all of the poses for me.
I would recommend this class to everyone!!

The only yoga teacher that kept my attention

I've really struggled with committing to any sort of fitness activity. Kelly is the first person who has been able to make it fun and accessible enough to make me want to come back for more. She plays house music, she's very non-judgemental and friendly, and creates a non-competitive, safe environment in classes.

Club Yoga is surely one of the most novel events in London and happens once a month. Christmas Club Yoga involved wearing santa hats while doing Christmas-themed variations on yoga poses to xmas jingles... with intermittent dancing! Such fun!

I would recommend Kelly to youngish people, of any experience level. If you're a beginner, Kelly is the kind of teacher that will help you get into yoga and make it fun.

Also the times she runs classes are really convenient.

Lovely teacher, balanced classes

Kelly's classes offer a nice mix of a flowing workout which is thoroughly enjoyable and attention to detail/concentration on a couple of poses which leave you feeling like you've added something new from the class.

Kelly emphasises correct alignment in practice - no cheating! Would thoroughly recommend her class.

Lovely friendly teacher

Kelly is super-friendly and makes you feel at ease whether you're a complete beginner (like me) or advanced level. I love her sessions because she plays good music & she really mixes the routines up so you don't get bored. She's also very laid back about things. I've tried yoga before and found the classes very impersonal but Kelly's classes are always a joy to go to. She even does 'Club Yoga' sessions which are like going to a club :) definitely worth a try. Her classes are good value too at 5 classes for £40 inclusing mat hire -good for London.

Great for yogis and non-yogis alike!

I was a massive skeptic of yoga - I always thought it was chanting with beads and wind-chimes in the background like a big hippie convention. My first class with Kelly was a pleasant surprise, she is really engaging and combines an uplifting and energizing soundtrack (she does monthly playlists on her blog - check them out) with challenging yet also relaxing yoga positions and routines.

Having completed a few classes, I took the dive and opted to join her off-the-wall creation 'Club Yoga' which combines a great venue with disco balls, rope lights, balloons, dancing, partner yoga and one hell of a playlist. I have never felt so energized from a workout and cant wait for the next one, its once a month.

Thank you Kelly for changing my perspective and bringing a new and much needed 21st century slant to something that had become way too rigid - there is a big market for this - keep up the blogging too!

Club Yoga

I went along to one of Kellys Club Yoga nights and had a fab time! I went on my own and felt a little nervous as I had never been to anything quite like it before but she soon put me at ease. It was a brilliant mixture of slower, longer stretches, flowing movements and even some free form dancing :) An articulate, friendly, experienced teacher. I definitely recommend.

Brilliant yoga teacher

Kelly is a wonderful yoga teacher! She's so friendly and welcoming and her classes are always fun - she manages to bring something new to each class. She pays a lot of attention to the ability of the class so whether you're brand new or more experienced, she'll guide and challenge you. She demonstrates the moves and explains them, as well as coming round to check on everyone and offer help. I couldn't ask for more in a teacher!

Really happy with my classes

Kelly is really down-to-earth and approachable - something I was looking for in a Yoga teacher. Really happy with my classes.

Beautiful class

I took a session with Kelly in October 2014, at her convenient Clapham Junction class. Although it was the first time I'd experienced Kelly's yoga class, she instantly made me feel at ease and created a wonderful, connected energy. Kelly gave lovely feedback on the asanas and offered more challenging modifications, all done with a spirit of safety and play. A really good teacher.

The Yin to my Week!

Kelly's class is the Yin to my week of Yang and a much needed period of downtime.

She is an awesome instructor, making you feel at ease no matter what your ability, there is always a regression or progression to help you improve.

Highly Recommended!
