I'm a PhD student in clinical psychology studying posttraumatic stress disorder and domestic violence and I work as a therapist. My yoga practice is incredibly important to me and I love taking classes as well as teaching! I have experience in teaching gentle trauma-focused yoga, rigorous vinyasa flow classes, and individually tailored privates. Yoga can be so many things to so many people: an expression of self-care, some time to oneself, a space for reflection and intention setting, or just an amazing workout. To me it is all of the above. Each time I step on my mat, I feel a little lighter & a lot happier. Namaste
