I started doing yoga at the age of 18 and have always found a peaceful connection with the practice of yoga. Over the years, I've found yoga has helped me gain strength, reduce stress, and become more mindful. I enjoy teaching both adults and children and introducing them to the joys of yoga. I love to share the positive experiences I've received from yoga with others whom I meet on the mat.
