Kelly believes wholeheartedly that the path and practice of yoga offers the key to discovering our inherent wakefulness, wisdom, and unending capacity for love. She teaches yoga as an embodied spiritual practice, a process which invites us to embrace the entire landscape of our experience, inner and outer, as part of our path to awakening. Her life’s greatest aspiration is to inspire and support others in cultivating a practice that encompasses the whole of life, giving access to a profound wisdom and compassion that is our fundamental nature.
She teaches yoga and meditation classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats in Texas and around the world, and also offers individual and group yoga therapy. She is the founder of Dakini Meditative, an Austin-based meditation community designed to support and inspire others in practicing meditation and living a mindful life.
