I have been absorbed in Yoga and Ayurveda for many years. Combining both is my passion, I feel it is time to bring Ayurveda on to our mat with Yoga.
Every class or workshop I teach includes postures, relaxation skills, focus tools, breathing practices and ideas on how to implement better breathing in daily life. We also try to soothe the senses (pratyahara) and the mind through meditation and mindfulness. The ending is always the best, with relaxation and or Yoga Nidra.
As an Ayurvedic therapist I also include seasonal information and tips on simple ways to soothe the body through nutrition and lifestyle. :)
