My goal is to help clients learn to relax and live in peace in the present moment. Simply breathing and being aware of the flow of the breath can help any stressful moment.
I trained at Pranayoga School of Yoga and Health in Indiana, under vinyasa flow teacher Dani McGuire, for my 200 hour teacher training program, which I completed in 2011. I have been teaching since late 2010 and I have taught a variety of classes, including yoga basics, all levels vinyasa flow, restorative and more.
At Essence Mind Body Studio in Perrysburg, I teach restorative yoga and prenatal yoga.
