Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (2016)
I have been teaching since 2008, as soon as I returned to Athens, Greece after some years of studying, explorations and discoveries in Finland, Germany and England. Initial studies in Design and during my MA, I discovered Body Conscious Design and the practises of Somatics. I started practising Yoga in 2003 in Germany, and I continued in England where I got certified in 2007.
In May 2016 I gained my Iyengar Yoga Teacher certification, Introductory Level 2.
I teach weekly Iyengar yoga classes in Yoga Shala Athens in the Exarcheia area.
