Kelly Skinner is a motivated and engaging teacher who aims to share her passion and energy with others. She is a writer, a Yoga Alliance 200 hour- RYT yoga instructor, a Baptiste Certified Teacher, as well as a Pilates and Spin certified instructor. Kelly’s blend of challenging classes with her lighthearted personality make her a fun and inspiring teacher! Kelly has always loved a challenge, and lives true to being her best self in all she does. She has been a student of yoga for many years, and now supplements her teaching with her Health Coaching Business; Flawless Yoga and Wellness. As a certified Health Coach, she works with clients in both one-on-one and group programs to develop personalized Yoga Based Health Programs based on individual goals. Kelly aims to help others make positive changes, have more passion + energy, and reinvent their lives by establishing self-love through Yoga, Art, and Food. She trusts in the science of happiness, and she teaches students that by shifting their vision to a positive outlook, they can achieve their wildest dreams. Kelly's goal is to inspire those around her with positive energy, and to share the transformational effects of a life lived with yoga and a healthy diet & lifestyle!
