A Yoga enthusiast since the age of four, I have studied and trained in Qigong and Eastern meditation disciplines since before 1989.

In 1992 I began formal martial arts training with Kenpo Karate, and Yang Style Taijiquan. In 2002, I began studying Baguazhang and Yiquan. In 2003 I met and began studying Chen style Taijiquan and Henan Xingyiquan Lui He Quan with Grandmaster Eric Tutle.

In 2004, I did my STOTT Pilates Instructor training, the month after returning from a month long intensive training in the Chinese martial arts of Chen Taijiquan, Xingyi Liu He Quan and deep practices of Neigong - what a lot of people call Yin Yoga.

I am currently training in Cheng and the rare Ma Gui styles of Baguazhang with Andrea Falk, a master teacher of Chinese martial arts.

In 2013, after years of playing around with Escrima, I had the incredible good fortune to train at the famous Cacoy Doces Pares HQ in Cebu, Philippines. I now offer basics classes in this amazing traditional Philippino art.

Before learning Qigong, I was severely hypoglycemic, had asthma, bronchitis, and many food allergies.

After I made the connection between the East Indian and Chinese physical and contemplatives disciplines I never looked back. I feel deeply blessed by the many learning and sharing experiences I have have along the way.

I teach all ages and have regular classes four times a week.
