Kelsey has acquired over 16 years of personal yoga experience and over 8 years of teaching both in the United States and New Zealand. She has practiced Iyengar, Ashtanga-vinyasa, Hatha, and Bikram Yoga since 1999. She has extensive experience with yoga for sports rehabilitation and is dedicated to providing a comprehensive yoga practice for her students.
Kelsey has been practicing Pilates (both Classic and Lagree-fitness) for over 6 years and had been instructing Lagree fitness for nearly 2 years.
