Kendra Locke

I am passionate about yoga's power to transform. I am a cancer survivor, encouraged by my oncologist to take up yoga to help relieve my stress and worry. I love to pass on the traditions through my hatha yoga classes. I have been teaching in Alva and Fort Myers independently since completing my yoga teacher training through Joyful Yoga and Ayurvedic Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida.
