Kenya is a Certified Hatha Yoga instructor. She completed her 240hr Hatha Yoga Teacher training as of March 2016. She is currently enrolled in her 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training.
As a wife and a mother of 2, she always looked for ways to stay balance and make time to keep herself centered. Now she is looking to assist others to do the same.
Merging her love of strength training with yoga. Kenya developed personalized flows to help build strength, and increase flexibility.
