A registered experienced 500hr teacher with Yoga Alliance who works closely with yoga alignment and therapy techniques. A dedicated Ashtanga practitioner, teacher and Mysore instructor, who also teaches vinyasa flow, restorative and Hatha.
Props are a strong part of all alignment teaching.
Kerill is also a registered pre and post natal teacher.
Seeing students smile from the depths of their hearts and knowing that they have moved closer to a sense of peace and balance when they leave class is an inspiration for teaching and practice.
