Kerri Koch, RYT200 & Holistic Health Coach has been practicing various forms of Hatha Yoga since 1998.
She completed the 200-hour Teacher Training Course at Awareness Works in Tafton, PA in 2006. Since then Kerri has been sharing yoga with others through a variety of classes, workshops, and personal instruction.
She received certification as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City in 2015. Kerri helps individuals identify stress and personal habits that create it, and discover ways to reduce and eliminate it through simple dietary and movement modifications.
She believes that everyone can improve their health and well-being, and meets individuals where they are, encouraging self-awareness and personal responsibility.
