I have taught Yoga for 15 years, but specifically one on one with a therapeutic format. My motivation was to help people balance and heal their individual physical issues and needs. I am a licensed massage therapist for over 25 years. I started seeing the benefits of yoga and knew this would be a great practice and tool for my clients.
My Vinyasa Yoga classes give the students an active yet balanced class, encouraging safety and proper alignment, as well as incorporating some yogic breath techniques and meditation to calm
their bodies and their minds.
My Restorative Yoga classes will help to deeply relax and restore your body’s balance. I use bolsters, blankets, blocks, and occasionally sand bags to support and deepen the practice.
