I started my journey into yoga at the age of fourteen and over four decades this lifelong passion and exploration into the body’s wisdom has evolved into Inner Flow Yoga.
Inner Flow Yoga is a fluid approach born from a deep desire to feel and move more in my practice. The static holding of asanas or postures no longer served my body so my approach began to shift to a more fluid and feminine exploration of the postures, constantly seeking the authentic unfolding of asana and breath — finding my own inner rhythm, if you will.
I call this style ‘Inner Flow Yoga’, because it is a round curvy dynamic unfolding of the body’s authentic expression and wholeness that embraces feeling and movement. It has been a journey of healing and empowerment, watching how and where the energy flows, truly finding that therapeutic place of deep listening within.
