I practice kindness and empathy daily, doing the more right thing, even when I don't want to. Yoga has brought balance and stillness into my life.
Being alive is a gift, I know I have had my share of health scares. The old adage "if you don't use it, you'll lose it" is why I started to practice. Here I was given a lovely perfect body and I was not using it for good. I was using when I felt like it. This I found to be a life half lived.
I'm glad I have been introduced to this lovely life style.
