I've been practicing yoga for over 7 years, I practice Ashstanga yoga. I have completed 500 hours in Hatha yoga and have been teaching for over 4 years, on a one to one basis, to small groups in companies. Currently I teach hot yoga at Southbank gym in South London. The age group I teach range from young adults to pensioners and have adapted some of the primary series to slowly help students to develop in different postures. I teach mixed abilities and I am very technical. My classes vary from being relaxed and restorative to dynamic with a am a laid back person that's finds subtle ways to bring out the best in my students. I love yoga and find it rewarding and pleasurable to teach.
