Amazing grace and presence. My favorite yoga teacher.

Great art appears to be done with ease, seemingly without effort. That's the sign of a master. They just appear to be dancing.

I first took Kia Miller's class a year and a half ago at the Hanuman festival in Boulder. Wow, was I blown away by her radiant presence! Kia is full of joy and the natural exubrence which is the fruit of her practice. She is always beaming a smile, uplifting everyone around her. She deeply embodies the highest principles of the teachings of yoga. In my opinion, she is a great Soul and a national/world treasure.

Kia masterfully blends Kundalini yoga, vinyasa, philosophy, music, and bhakti. And even adds her own playful archer pose - all so seemlessly and gracefully, as if she were just dancing with the whole Universe. If you have the good fortune of being able to attend one of her classes, I highly recommend it! You'll be glad you did.

My deepest respect and gratitude to Kia Miller for being a conduit for so much divine love and grace flowing into the world. And thank you to Kia's husband Tommy Rosen for his work to help those suffering from addiction. Your light is such an inspiration.

Love and light,
David

Inspiring and wonderful

I have not met Kia personally but I took her Kundalini lessons on Yogaglo regularly. Absolutely wonderful way of explaining positions and wisdom behind it. I felt really inspired after every class, it made me return to the videos, actually to look forward to them! Exceptional way of conveying spiritual knowledge and practical application of asanas so Kundalini yoga does not feel like an 'out there' discipline, but very much a contemporary and very healing practice. I cannot recommend her more. I will definitely take her class in person as soon as I can.

I've been practicing hatha for many years. Thanks to Kia and yogaglo, I have become a Kundalini devotee. I begin every weekday with a practice and truly love it. She is a phenomenal instructor. I look forward to someday practicing in

Incredible Depth of Practice

Kia Miller has an incredibly deep Kundalini practice and is one of the most inspiring and illuminated teachers out there. Her teaching is not one-sided, rather it combines both the dark and light aspects and focuses on both body and mind and ultimately spirit. The physical aspect of practice is a vehicle for conveying a very robust way of being that builds happiness independent of external circumstance.

It is grounded in the kundalini tradition without being dogmatic, and is a tremendously practical and useful way of looking at and being in the world.

I would unreservedly recommend this teacher and just ask for practitioners to reserve judgement. She teaches both traditional vinyasa style as well as incorporation of kundalini kriya practices and interweaves philosophical, psychological and spiritual insights.

She is married to Tommy Rosen who is a leader in the Recovery 2.0 movement and so her understanding and grounded practices are relevant for recovery and healing of physical, mental and spiritual conditions. Kia is a strong leader in and a great gift to the Yoga community and we are all lucky to learn from her deeply authentic and rigorous practice.

Amazing and inspirational teacher!

Kia is an amazing yoga teacher! She is unique because she brings the technology of Kundalini Yoga accessible to everyone.
I am so blessed to have her found her as one of my teachers, having worked with her one on one, followed her DVD, attended her class, workshops and retreats! Her teachings have inspired and permeated my daily practice for almost 5 years now. She is truly inspirational and uplifting...but words are not enough to describe Kia's teachings, it must be experienced!

I've been practicing with Kia on Yogaglo.com every day for over 2 years. Last fall I woke up at 3am and drove several hours to take a life changing class with her in person at a yoga festival in the Catskills, my husband still thinks I'm crazy for that one:) I've studied all forms of yoga with many experienced teachers over the years, but I was a vagabond in search of my teacher, one that resonated perfectly with me.

I've taken Kundalini with several disciples of Yogi Bhajan locally and all over the country but was never entirely hooked. I found Kia on Gaiam.com and was thrilled to find her library of incredible classes on Yogaglo. I now have a passion for Kundalini that has entirely changed my life. I'm constantly grateful for her understanding of the number of lives she can touch by doing these online classes. It constantly amazes me that I can have such a kinship with a teacher I've only ever met once! Every morning she helps me find my connection to source. Her constant compassion, pure love and unifying force make even the most difficult poses easier. I can't recommend Kia enough!

Inspiring, refreshing, natural

After trying a couple of online classes of Kia Miller on yogaglo, I practiced with her videos everyday for 1 1/2 years. I also had a chance to have a call with her. She is always bright, always caring but adventurous and brave, too. Love her!!

My favorite teacher!

I have been practicing with Kia for well over ten years and I can with confidence say that she is hands down my favorite yoga teacher anywhere in the world. She is the real deal and practices what she teaches. In her classes I feel safe and nourished, she is uplifting and inspiring and help me to connect with my body. Kia's profound and deep knowledge as well as obvious joy for teaching makes every class special. Her natural gift of intuition and authenticity is something she shares in every class. Weather you are looking for Kundalini or Vinyasa, It doesn't get any better then this - Kia is a world class teacher!

Absolutely Authentic

Kia is one of the most authentic teachers I have ever taken classes with. Her classes are inspired, energetic, mindful and soulful. She has the ability to coax energy from me, even when I arrive in class depleted and wishing only for savasana. Depending on the class, some are more body focused, others more spiritual, although she brings a kind of easily accessible spirituality to her most physical classes.
