I teach alignment based flow with an emphasis on breath and meditation. I firmly believe that a healthy and safe asana practice translates to a healthy life. No two bodies are the same so I encourage my students to find there own personal flow, let go of what others are doing and be in their bodies, minds, and souls.
I am an anatomy nerd!! Many years of practicing bodywork as well as studying the body has led me to be aware of different postural types and common misalignments. I am passionate about helping others find freedom from pain and the courage to break through unhealthy physical patterns.
