I enjoy helping others to feel better in their bodies and sharing the benefits of yoga. I teach yoga with an emphasis on alignment, inspired from my training with certified Anusara teachers. I have practiced yoga on and off for the past 10 years and maintained a regular dedicated practice for the past two years. Over the past five years I have worked as a school teacher.
I enjoy combining my love of teaching with my love of yoga. I have completed my 200 hour teacher training and completed additional certification in teaching Yin Yoga as well as Restorative Yoga.
