I love sharing yoga with anyone that wants to feel good both inside and out by raising their game – on all levels! I also like hiking, walking dogs on the beaches, early morning swims, cooking, reading, watching tv series like ‘’Grace & Frankie’’ and singing along to the radio! My favourite place is anywhere with my 4 gorgeous grandchildren all under 6! ?
When I started practicing yoga I had teenage children and was looking for some ‘’me-time’’ and here’s what I found: that
by practicing Kundalini yoga daily, I started really connecting and feeling more Aware, more Vital and Curious about everything around the time! KUNDALINI Yoga demands spirit and spunk, passion and to be present. You’ve got to do it with feeling, and go all the way. When you are in your flow, magic happens. It is as simple as that!
