Yin Yoga Teacher - having discovered the delights of Yin Yoga I decided to train in this style of Yoga which is mainly floor based where postures are held for extended periods of time in order to work deeper into the connective tissues, joints, bones and fascia whilst positively impacting the meridians. Creating healing and nourishment.
