I opened the first Hot Yoga studio in Calgary over 14 years ago and have been conducting Yoga Teacher Trainings in Calgary and other locations in Alberta for over 10 years. After owning the studio for 12 years I sold it in order to focus my energies on building transformational teacher training courses. I have trained some of the most respected and sought after hot yoga instructors in the province and beyond (as well as many who went on to become studio owners in Calgary, Cochrane, Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Kelowna, Cranbrook, and many more Canadian locations).
