I've been teaching Yoga for ten years now and I have also been on a personal journey of self-discovery which has enhanced my practice and my life. I originally trained in Vinyasa and since then I have drawn on my learnings and experience in connecting with the body, imagery and visualisation, chinese medicine theory, shiatsu, hypnotherapy and NLP. I feel that my teaching is a full expression of who I am. I love to reach out to students who are committed to their health and personal growth. My aim is to fill the world with beauty and love and passion for life.
