I started yoga because of chronic back pain and didn't take long for yoga to completely change my life. I've been practicing since 2009. I love teaching a variety of yoga including kids yoga, family yoga, couples yoga, yoga for pain, yoga for stress and anxiety, corporate yoga, restorative and gentle yoga and Barre\Pilates\Yoga fusion.

My style is breath-based, mindful and interesting movement geared towards improving the quality of your health and well-being.
