I am passionate about natural health and living a life of vitality. I started practicing yoga and meditation while in college (1976 when there were no classes around). Then 10 years ago (for my 50th birthday!), I did a 200 hour teaching training course through Moksha Yoga in Chicago Illinois. While I am a chiropractor full time, it is my joy to teach yoga to my patients and at occasional workshops. I love to incorporate essential oils, affirmations, acupressure points and therapeutic movements into my yoga classes. My motto: Yoga is for everyone!
