I have taught fitness classes since I was 19 years old and love the interaction between teacher and student! I have been teaching yoga and Pilates exclusively for 5 years. I am trained in Power, Yin, and Restorative yoga. I am also trained in teaching those with cancer, or PTS. I also love teaching Pilates Mat I and II and love combining core strength into my yoga classes. My goal as a teacher is to give tools to my students to empower them and help them find wellbeing and peace.
