My class involves hatha asanas, various meditations, and pranayama. My classes have a relaxed friendly vibe, but are still challenging. I have been influenced by many wonderful teachers from around the world. I enjoy sharing my knowledge I have gained with love to see the transformation in people from before to after the class. It inspires me and brings me happiness and peace that I can help people, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I first tried yoga at a small festival in a tipi tent 14 years ago and was amazed by the way it made me feel afterwards. Since then I have been hooked and now have been teaching for 8 years. I did a Sivananda teacher training course in Kerela, India, and a Hatha Yoga teacher training with Universal Yoga in Dharamshala, India. I also teach SUP Yoga, special needs Yoga, weekend retreats and workshops. I have taught in the UK, France and Hungary.
