Kit Muehlman

I teach yoga classes and private yoga sessions in Skagit County and Bellingham, WA. I am Anusara-trained, and I love to work with students over 40, who are interested in feeling strong and at peace at any age.
Classes are held at Maple Hall, La Conner and other locations.
I also offer guided meditation and hypnotherapy, for deepening your relationship with your Self. Problems can be simply portals for knowing yourself better.
