I am a psychotherapist of 20 years who integrates the physical and spiritual practice of yoga into my practice with clients, especially for those with eating disorders, body image issues, trauma/abuse, anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship issues. I believe yoga is a powerful healing practice for mind, body, and spirit. I also teach meditation and coach people in developing meaningful spiritual practice for their daily lives. In addition to using yoga in psychotherapy sessions, I teach yoga classes and individualize yoga instruction for those wanting private sessions. I also enjoy teaching partner yoga for those wanting to improve intimacy and trust in their relationships.
