I started practicing yoga 8 years ago. A friend introduced me to yoga and I liked the idea of being strong and flexible. I soon realised that yoga was a lifestyle that most importantly makes you feel good on the inside. Yoga is a practice that you can take on and off your mat that can help over come the stresses and obstacles of day to day life. I wanted to become a yoga teacher so I could share this beautiful practice and change people's lives as my life as been changed !
