Kristen's classes incorporate dynamic and static movement to help your body warm up from the inside out and create the conditions most effective for stimulating physical change. With detailed awareness of alignment and anatomy, you flow through creative and challenging sequences to balance strength and flexibility. All this while being inspired by teachings and wisdom infused through the class, to develop an inner strength embodied within all levels of your being to create powerful change in your life on and off the mat. Kristen is an advocate of conscious activism, using yoga as a tool to empower others into such leadership roles.
