I specialize in gentle, therapeutic yoga and Buddhist meditation styles for 15 years. My husband and I run a small studio, Full Circle Yoga, which is also a training and continuing education center for yoga and meditation teachers. Our studio appeals to new and intermediate students who want more than just a good stretch. We teach yoga as a process to relieve suffering from the body and mind leaving it free and unencumbered to explore your highest self-realization.
