I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT), trained in asana technique, anatomy, pranayama, meditation and philosophy. My intention is to share the sense of peace and belonging that I have found through practicing yoga.
I practice and teach vinyasa yoga to build a strong and healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a clear awareness of both internal and external worlds.
It's Yoga - Cincinnati is where I completed my 200 hour yoga certification. This Ashtanga school emphasized proper anatomical alignment and adaptive techniques as methods of creating an effective practice per individual student.
I am continually inspired by sacred yoga texts, anatomy books, fitness gurus, and by every unique instructor and student with whom I practice. My ongoing education urges me to teach at the cutting edge of this ancient art.
