Dedicated to a path of service for nearly two decades, my work in the healing arts has encompassed massage, yoga, sound healing and maternity support.

As a graduate of The Evergreen State College, I have focused on alternative education and childhood development, teaching my gift for harmonious wellness to people of all ages

My path, by way of years in the Olympia school system as a Paraeducator and weekly yoga classes for children, carried me to graduate from the Port Townsend School of Massage, with over 100 hours of continuing education in modalities such as neurodevelopmental movement therapies, mindfulness techniques, herbal education and nutrition.

Weaving sound healing, yoga and inspiration, my work supports and protects young girls as they learn healthy habits of self-care and self-love. From 2008 to present, I have helped to empower 1,000+ teen girls and women through Empowerment 4 Girls day and week-long camps.
In 2016, I became the Executive Director of Empowerment 4 Girls, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Check out our upcoming programs;

I bring my self-empowerment and healing into my work, practice and relationships. I am deeply committed to my path of service as a resource for our community and empowering others to live to their fullest potential.

I started working with tuning forks and Sound Acutonics in 2004 with my yoga students and eventually my massage clients. Then I created and began offering Sacred Sound Concerts, Sound Healing Yoga Workshops, Weddings and Special Sound Healing Events in 2009. The years I spent learning about yoga, wellness and the therapeutic benefits of vibrational music have been channeled into “Sacred Sound Healing” my first professional recording, created in December 2012. I began touring with my Sacred Sound Healing CD in 2013 and offered nearly 80 sound healing experiences in the first year. I continue to travel and tour with my Sacred Sound Healing & Yoga.

“Sacred music is becoming a bigger part of my path and a deeper part of my service. I listen with my hands and heart while I trust in the divinity of this sacred music. The mystery, magic, and medicine of the healing sound moves through me with deep grace. I am humbled and honored to share this ‘Sacred Sound Healing’ with the world." Namaste, Kristen
