I personalize movement. I study astrology. I write often. I teach the Nia Technique founded by Debbie Rosas, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga (I err on the side of gentle), and Kundalini Yoga. I've been teaching yoga for five years and have been a massage therapist for seven years. I teach by speaking words that I most need to hear some days, words that I sometimes imagine we all need to hear. Movement has been a way for me to stay in my body, to have a conversation with my many thoughts and emotions and to unravel the stories and the history in my tissues. That is what I hope to offer to students who come to class. WholeBodyINsight is the movement/counseling practice I am currently in the process of creating.
