Kristina views yoga as a transcendent journey, and is passionate about helping others to find their own authentic path to peace. Through mindful movement guided by breath, Kristina holds space for students to find what it is they need here and now- whether it be enhancing strength and flexibility, practicing self-love in its many forms, or just taking a moment to exist in gratitude. With a focus on alignment and sustainable movement, Kristina’s sequences are a creative flow designed to empower students to take their yoga from the mat to all facets of life. Kristina’s classes reflect her interest in every day symbolism, finding poetry in the common, and cultivating balance through bravely acknowledging both the lightness of our beings as well as our shadow- without taking ourselves quite so seriously! :)

Kristina began practicing yoga in her teen years as a way to combat symptoms of scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and has been going deeper into the rabbit hole ever since. Cultivating a practice that forged a mind-body-spirit connection inspired Kristina to share the lifestyle benefits of yoga with others, and in that interest she completed the 8 Limbs teacher training program in Summer 2015.

When not practicing yoga, Kristina is singing and dancing with her husband, befriending animals with her pup/sidekick Ivy, and enjoying the music, art, community, and otherwise diverse beauty Seattle has to offer.
