I am a Complementary Health Therapist and have various skills which can help you to feel positively empowered about your health, happiness, and wellbeing. No two sessions are ever the same and is always tailored to your personal needs and goals.
A session may include elements of yoga such as mindful breathing, then meditation, before you receive either a body massage, Indian Head massage, or foot reflexology, and we may end the session with some stretches for you to practice at home in between sessions.
Or, you may come for a massage with oil specifically blended to help relieve sore or aching muscles from repetitive injuries or undesirable postural alignment.
Our sessions really are about refreshing and invigorating the mind, releasing tension and toxins in the body, and clearing and purify the soul.
I also offer SUP Yoga (yoga on a stand up paddle board). During the cooler months we practice on a heated indoor pool, and we take our practice outdoors during the warmer months, outdoor locations will vary as we adapt to Mother Nature's tidal and wind conditions.
During the UK's summer holidays I host "Tipi Toes" Children's Yoga for halflings aged 7-11 years old, the Tribe gather and meet ... in a Tipi of course.
