Kristine currently teaches different styles of Vinyasa and Hot Power Yoga in Oxford. She also offers private lessons that are tailor fit to the students' needs. Her classes are fun, flowing and playfully challenging, and colourfully infused with a blend of different yoga styles. She takes you to your edge while at the same time allows you to work within your own capabilities. Her classes provide a relaxed, light-hearted approach and a non-competitive environment to yogis of all levels. Although with regular practice we will see ourselves naturally progress, we don't want to be overly obsessed with getting better and doing more all the time. The classes are are a warm and friendly place where yogis of all abilities can practice without judgement. Our mantra is that whatever you bring on the mat is enough. We don't take ourselves too seriously in class, so giggles are highly encouraged! :)
Besides her passion for yoga, Kristine is an artistic soul who enjoys photography, sketching, and singing. Kristine is an animal lover and an environmental activist. She is also a free spirit who enjoys scuba diving, going to the beach and surfing.
