Kristy first stepped on a yoga mat back in 2006, looking for a way to keep her job-related stress at a minimum. She still vividly remembers how she felt after class. The feeling of peace and joy had such a positive affect on her physically, mentally, and emotionally. And so her yoga journey began.
As a mother, she started to integrate her teachings from yoga into her journey of motherhood and life. Feeling a deep connection to this practice and wanting to pass it on to her family, she followed her heart and enrolled in the Yoga 360 School of Teaching 200 hr CYT Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training. Kristy leads her life by following her heart and passions. In addition to becoming a certified yoga teacher, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in science, studying environmental biology and worked as a certified veterinary technician for 10 years.
