Krystle Tsuda is a PNW native. Turning to yoga for its mental health benefits she was originally self taught, however in 2013 she stepped into a studio and never looked back. Recently registered as a 200-RYT, completed her training in 2016 at Yoga Pearl in Portland, OR through YogaWorks under the instruction of Rosie Acosta. Her flows are playful and creative as well as physically and mentally challenging. Her classes are designed to open the gates to reflection and self-discovery. She believes Yoga is the ultimate path to discovering your true self and becoming the “black sheep” you were born to be. When she’s not in the studio you can catch her adventuring the PNW with her best four legged friend Ruca or roaming the back roads on her motorcycle.
