I began my journey in 1996 when I took the first level of Kundalini Yoga and met Yogi Bhajan for the first time in 1997. Subsequently, I took Conscious Communication, Authentic Relationships, Stress and Vitality, Mind and Meditation and Life Styles and Life Cycles all part of Level 2 training. Then took twice 21 Stages of Meditation (which is part of Level 3) and Specialized in PTSD, Kids Yoga and Women's Teachings. Currently I am training to become a Teacher Trainer. I dedicated the last 20 years to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan because they transformed me and love sharing them to help others as well.
