My yoga life began 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand. I am running also exercising .Then I took a yoga class, and I realised that, through yoga I could gain flexibility and ease sore and a tired muscles. I began studying slowly, but I knew very early that yoga was a wonderful way for me to balance my passion for exercise while managing the stress of my career. I teach a variety of styles, but my main focus is on with Hatha, Gentle Flow, Breathing exercise & Yoga for Athletes .The focus is on deep breathing with movement to as we explore and stretch the body and hold the positions to release tension in muscle.
