I started the yoga journey in early 80's and started teaching Hatha yoga in 1997. Other areas of study have been Feldenkrais, Bones for Life and FitAlign. My present teaching includes a wide variety of all of the above with an emphasis on proper alignment. My goal is to keep people moving to their best ability (not pretzel poses) while using self-awareness, range of motion for joints, strengthening and stretching. I am also a licensed massage therapist which contributes greatly to my overall knowledge of the human body.
