Yoga provides us with the opportunity to celebrate the now, be kind to ourselves, express and feel love, and explore our true selves. My passion is to offer an experience where my clients can disconnect from the intensity of everyday modern life so that they can re-connect with their true self. My goal is to create a space that enables people to offer themselves compassion and care, a space where they can realise and embrace the body-mind-spirit connection that lies within.
I do not believe that yoga is about being physically flexible. As a teacher I want to help guide and facilitate classes where people can meet themselves where they are at, physically, emotionally and spiritually, so that they can reap all of the benefits of their yoga practice, both on and off the mat.
